  • 500 g ripe bananas (peeled)
  • 200 g frozen strawberries
  • 100 g frozen raspberries
  • 300-400 ml water


  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. Adjust the amount of water based on how liquid you want the smoothie to be.
  2. Enjoy!
