- 100 g quinoa
- 100 g frozen peas
- 1 can chick peas
- veggie stock
- chilli powder
- 0.5-1 tsp turmeric
- Rinse quinoa, and place in the appropriate amount of boiling water (roughly twice as much water as quinoa).
- Add veggie stock and chilli powder.
- Let simmer for 15 minutes with the saucepan's lid on.
- Add the rest of the ingredients - including spices to taste - and mix well.
