Pineapple & Carrot Smoothie

This is my absolute favourite smoothie of all time. Tons of vitamins, sweet, light, and refreshing, this smoothie will give you a great kick-start for your day!

Be sure to save the pulp from juicing your carrots, and use it to make some carrot buns, carrot & lentil or carrot & butternut squash soup!

Pineapple & Carrot Smoothie by

Servings 4 large cups

  • juicer
  • blender


  • 1 kg carrot
  • 1 large pineapple (approximately 750-850 grams of flesh)


  1. Wash and juice the carrots.
  2. Peel, de-core, and chop the pineapple into smaller chunks.
  3. Add carrot juice and pineapple to your blender and blend until smooth.
